Quotations and orders

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a particular price. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A quotation from us is valid for the period stated on it, and an order is binding only when we have confirmed it in writing. Minimum quantities, lead times, specifications, payment and delivery terms are agreed separately for each order.

Your artwork and ours

The text, design, graphics and photographs on this website belong to Spectra Pack or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business reference, but you may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.

Artwork, logos and brand names that customers send us remain the property of those customers. We use them only to produce their orders.

Using the website

Please do not use the site in a way that could damage it or affect other users. In particular, do not try to gain unauthorised access to it, do not introduce malicious code, and do not send false or misleading enquiries.
